06Oct10 Poorly Placed Thermometer

I realize this is not the most exciting picture I have taken for this project. But it is a perfect example of some of the issues I deal with on a daily basis. Onboard a navy ship, some of the compartments get quite hot. In these spaces, thermometers are hung so the temperature can be tracked. For some reason, this thermometer was hung directly in front of an air conditioner vent. All of us in the space were covered in sweat, yet it is officially only 54 degrees. Idiots.
